I want all extras removed from my account asp no way am i paying 142 .00 i will cancel my direct debt if this is not sorted asp i was told these extras were free for the few months ?????

We are customers and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

 

Any trial offers you wish to cancel have to be done by contacting Sky and giving the required 31 days notice. 

There's no point in threatening to cancel your DD here. 


Cancelling your payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel anything, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
