Credit Refund

Most posts I have read say that it takes about 6 weeks to have a credit refunded from sky.
However it's 9 weeks since I cancelled my broadband and there is a credit showing on my account. I haven't stopped my DD so should have been refunded to me by now. 
Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
