Broadband not working

Paid my bill after being terminated and my services have still not come back on

As well as paying the bill you will also need to setup your payment method again before your broadband will be restored.

Do you mean terminated or restricted? 

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

 

If you mean restricted, then once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant.
