Credit Refund

Hello, I recently left Sky and have made contact about this issue on two previous occasions. I last spoke with an advisor who assured me the credit of £36..48 on my account would be reimbursed in April. This had still not occurred. I find this wholly unacceptable. As a customer I am expected to return my equipment swiftly as this belongs to Sky, I have done this. I therefore expect the cash, which belongs to me to be returned swiftly! I should not have to repeatedly chase this. Please can the credit be returned asap - not when my actually billing date would have been as this is no more, I'd like the money in my account within days Thanks Joanne Appleby

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.


Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If you’d rather, we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but we need confirmation it’s showing as a credit on your Sky account.
