Credit Refund
I cancelled my broadband over two months ago and have credit that hasn't been refunded. Does anyone know how to get a refund? I've tried chatting to the Virtual Assistant but no joy.

It can takes weeks to be refunded so to speed this up you will need to get in touch with them,
We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use:

Thanks, appreciate the response. I know not your fault, but it's really poor from Sky. How they're not able to process a refund over 2 months after the service is disconnect is beyond me!
