We are told ad skipping is a monthly rolling charge which can be cancelled anytime. Well.....I go to MySky then Sky subscriptions and ad skipping is there as active but there is no option to cancel it. Yesterday I asked to cancel it via an online chat and it still hasn't been cancelled. It still appears on my predicted bills in the future. Bloody infuriating.

Update. I took a deep breath and had one last go. Went to MySky app on my iPad rather than my TV, then to TV at the bottom, then to 'manage' at the right hand side then to 'home setup' and finally found the option to cancel ad skipping. They don't make it easy do they? I've wasted so much time on this.
