Contract

Hello I don't understand why I am paying £46 a month when I signed up with you October 25 I told you in the phone I couldn't afford anymore than 26 a month which you agreed now it's gone up to 46 I am on disability and don't work I cannot afford such expensive broadband all I wanted was basic broadband nothing else this is why Paymenrs are late I don't have the capital monthly for such a expensive broadband I have been offered by company's 26 a month for broadband I need this sorting ASP

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

The annual price increase is effective after 1 April but it shouldn't rise that much. Compare your bill to a previous one to see whether a short term discount has expired or perhaps you've made a non inclusive landline call.
