Contract
I've just looked and it saying I'm in a contract until August 2026.. I dint remember renewing my contract until then.
can someone explain this too me please

Sky contracts are now 18/24 months so when did you join Sky and have you spoken to them about any discounts or made any changes to your account ?

I've been with Sky for 14 years . I don't want a contract for 24 months they never informed me regarding this

Having been with Sky for so long multiple discounts would have ended over time so you've either negotiated a new discount and renewed or you've been paying a full undiscounted price for a very long time.

What you want regarding the contract length doesn't come into it I'm afraid because if you have agreed a new discount then you have started a new contract.
