Contract showing 0 months left
A couple months ago I purchased an IPad with a 32 month contract (I believe), I considered downgrading so went to check how much was left to pay off the contract and it''s showing 0 same as 0 months left, however the payments still show up on my bill and there is no way I would've paid it off already. Any suggestions on what is happening as not sure what to search for in the help.
