I am not happy with the large increase from April.
My sky account has increased and I don't want you to update my payment in April without telephoning me and re: negotiating or I will cancel and look elsewhere.

Yup, Sky have applied a general increase in April.

It will be applied unless you take action. Sky won't call you from a post in a public forum (for customer to customer help).
If you are not tied to a minimum term then you are free to look elsewhere.

Also worth noting you can leave the broadband contract penalty free if you cancel broadband within 30 days of being notified of the price increase.
No such provision exists for the TV subscription so if you are still in a minimum term contract the price rise applies and there is little you can do about it ( unless you are close to the expiry of your minimum term and which point you may be able to renegotiate for a new 24 month contract).

Also worth noting that you agreed to the April price increase in the T's & C's of the contract.

Ring sky and ask to speak to the retention team, i did that at the end of last month and got a good discount on my bill, they want your custom and will look at your account and see what they can do for you, i have no increases for next month, good luck

Hi, thank you. I have cancelled my account with Sky and have a new contract with V4 for £28.99 a month. They use talk talk so I hope it's ok. 🙏
