Contract renewed without confirmation via basket

Hi, I was trying to see what offers I had and clicked on button saying that the offer would be added to my basket to review.

 

I clicked on the button and it just renewed my contract without showing me any information about the new contract!!

 

I need this removing from account asap but can't do this via the web site (I did it about 13:00 on the 24/11/2024)

 

Also, it's terrible customer service and seems sneaky that you can't just revert your choice, regardless of seeing any vital information about prices or contract lengths.

You will need to give Sky a call then.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
