Why have i had £67.00 taken out my bank account instead of £35.00

@Elaineford  You're only asking other customrs, as we have no access to your bills I would suggest you check your last bill for what the charges are for,  it's possible discounts have ended?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

A difference like that does suggest that the £35 was a discounted price that has now ended.
