Contract renewal problem
Hi there I renewed my broadband and to packages a few days ago and my broadband is showing it expires in 2027 but my tv package still says that my tv package is expired.
I have the email with my new contract and costs for 24 months but account is still showing old contract for tv contract only.
I have tried to get help after being on phone but have gave up as I tried to explain it to them and don't think they understand what I am telling them. Can anyone please help as loosing the will to live trying to get this sorted out.

Ignoring that message are your future bills matching up to what is being shown on the email you have been sent ?

Not had the new bill yet so can't tell you I am afraid. New bill will be a month away.

Wanting to why my contract on my sky account has not been updated showing expiring soon even though I have a contract for the next 24 months.
