Contract query

Hello,

 

I am posting here as there is no way to contact by email and I am not able to use the phone. Live chat is not available and is not suitable for my query. It is marked on my account that I can't use the phone, but somehow still no accessible options are available for me.

 

Please advise how we contact by email or writing to discuss our contracts? Or please can a forum admin escalate this to a team who can contact me by email.

 

My contract is due to end 5 Nov and I wish to discuss alternate contracts.

Just for clarity your contract is not ending 5 Nov.  Only your minimum term is ending (which will see the removal of discounts).

 

Your contract continues on a rolling basis at full list price until action is taken.  See the accessibility link above...

Yes I am registered with them but I still don't have any options in my account to contact other than by phone or live chat which isn't available and not suitable

Live chat is available Monday to Friday  9.00 to 17.00  and Saturday  9.00 to 16.00.

 

You could write but I doubt it's a very practical way of negotiating a new deal.

I have found a deal for twice my current speed for half the price with a provider that is contactable, so I will close this chat now as I will just switch. Two birds one stone.

What services do you have?  As a 'switch' will not necessarily cancel your Sky contract...

Ok, as long as your new provider can perform a 'takeover'.  (Virgin media for example cannot)
