Contract ending and issues upgrading to skyQ

My contract with my sky hd+ is ending on 9th feb. I have tried to renew/upgrade to sky Q as on 4th call to renew team found out that renewing will not get me a skyq box (despite them no longer being issued) and will be over £70 mth (i have basic tv, hd, and basic broadbaapnd) i got hung up on when asked surely i can upgrade to sky q. Since then have tried to find a number for upgrade team but on my sky account i never get a option that i need help apart from being sent here by the bott. So does anyone have a number i can calll to talk to upgrades / value /vip team? Ive been with aky 20yrs and never had this much trouble. Thanks

You can upgrade to Sky Q via your online account or if you want to call just use the usual numbers shown on the Sky website or if you have a Sky Talk landline phone then the free number to use is just 150.

I dont get an option to upgrade to sky q on my account. I can add netflix (says need sky q thoguh) or movies but no sky q option. Trust me 3 of us have looked

Curious that you're having problems upgrading.  Do you have your own dish?

No its a sky installed dish. Ive been into a well known shop today and spoken to a man whose given me a  number ans have just spoken tomsky directly and got it renewed. Not as cheap as wanted it but cheaper than the renewal
