My fire Stick has stopped working at my address

Since l joined Sky we could only afford the low package because we are pensioners,so our family bought us a fire Stick and we bought Amazon Prime to work with it,any it was working fine until last weekend 21/01/2023 it stopped working at my address,it works at my neighbours and my sons 12 miles away l need to know if Sky are Blocking it.

When you say 'stopped working' what do you mean?

No picture, no internet connection, something else?

Sky would not (and could not) block it directly.
