Contract cancellation/renewal
I have cancelled my Sky contract and it runs out tomorrow. Sky have made me a very tempting offer to renew my contract for another 2 years. It's very tempting. What I am wondering about are the possible price increases over the next two years. How much could I expect my payments to increase by? Thanks in advance.

That is impossible to say as we are just customers here but what we can say is you will see the annual price rise applied to the lost price of your package in April of the following two years. The actual discount will remain throughout.

Prices are likely to increase by around about the rate of inflation at the time - so very difficult for us mere mortals to estimate. Of course, the same is likely for any other supplier too. You may have the option to cancel when you're notified of the increase next year and the year after. If it's a good offer, I'd take it, as @Yoghurt posted. You may not get another one.

Thank you for all your responses. They are helpful - sorry if I came across as expecting people to have a crystal ball! As long as I don't end up paying the £100+ tariff I was on! Eye watering! Will get onto Sky.
