Contract Negotiation
HI , all my contract is gonna end in November , I don't want to pay those double charges should I cancel subscription or ask them to decrease the price.

@Naman You need to speak to them 31 days prior to the end of your discounted period to change or cancel.
Your contract doesn't end in November, your discounts do, contracts only end when you cancel.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
