Contract Expiring

My contract expires in less than a week. despite using virtual assistant which was not helpful still none the wiser.

I have been with sky for over 21 years. Have always been able to speak with someone but the numbers I have and the ones given via virtual assistant appear to be no longer vali.

How do I get to speak with a human being who can talk me through what the future costs will be.

Many Thanks

Dave

@manonmoon Your contracts don't expire until you cancel them, it is discounts that end, if you wish to negotiate a new deal or to cancel you'll need to persist on the phone.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
