Bill increase since September

Just checked my bank and sky have taken more for my October bill without telling me and I am not sure what the increase is for. They have split 2 items over 2 dates ie 12-29 October and 30 October to 11 November.

Have you made any changes to your package recently, if not could it be that a discount that you had on your account is now ending ?
