Contacting sky- Online chat.

Hi, I need to contact sky about my sky account and billings. My problem is I have recently suffered with a speech impediment so conversation over the phone is near impossible. Do sky have and online chat option for issues with billing? I've found it so difficult to try and find information about how I can contact them without having to ring. Any information would be great.

@MarkusD  Best thing to do is register your account with Sky accessibility, they have contact options available that don't require phoning in

@SKY1192bf Thanks for replying so quickly. Can you tell me if this is a messaging service or an online chat service? I've been online sky help and ended up on a messaging service thinking someone would reply after the automated response service that I first had to go through, then it said a loyalty agent would reply? Been sat here an hour already. 🤭 Again thanks for replying.

@MarkusD  It's a message service afaik so replies aren't instant, you have to register your Sky account with them first and they are completely separate to what you have already done

I already pay my bill on march 21 48.33 but it's shows I didn't pay ,i need explanation for this .....

Despite the title we are customers here so do you have a bank or credit card statement showing that you have paid this ?
