The card on my sky box. Any chance of talking to someone?
Ah - you mean a Viewing Card? For Sky Q or Sky+? Why does it need to be replaced?

Re: Contact number Ireland
Because the TV is not working and I got a specialist in to check it out and he told m,e the card needs to be replaced. This system is a head wreck!

To be honest, I think it's very unlikely there's a problem with the Viewing Card so you might be wasting your time asking for a replacement. What problem are you having with your Sky box? And again, is it a Sky+ or a Sky Q box?

It isn't a trick question. The answer, Sky Q or Sky+ will determine which advice we give you.

Re: Contact number Ireland
I never said it was a trick question. It seems that unless I spend my day typing then I have no chance of getting my TV back working on a serrvice I continue to pay for. The system requires too much work on the part of your customer.

The Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You are NOT contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

Re: Contact number Ireland
@Jim157
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Re: Contact number Ireland
There is. I have just clicked on that link, changed the flag in the bottom corner to the ROI flag, clicked on need more help and near the bottom is an 0818 number.

If you are in the ROI change the flag as instructed.

Re: Contact number Ireland
- I did! ' as instructed'. There is an Irish flag and a UK number. If I dial that number it says can not connect your call. It is hard to get a sense that my issue is a customer service priority of any kind for Sky.
