Confused over my billing?

My direct debit is set to come out the 1st of every month. I have not been billed yet, but my statement online says it's paid and my account is up to date? But no traces of paying on my online banking? 
im supposed to be paying £36 a month but statements online are saying £40 odd? Im not sure if im missing something or being plain stupid?

Check again in a couple of days. Do not be tempted to make a manual payment.

Ok thank you! It definitely says payment received and I made my husband check my transactions to prove I'm not going loopy but it's definitely not come out of my bank?

That's not unusual. Sky show your bill as being paid when they process the direct debit, not when the direct debit is actually charged to your bank account. Give it a couple of days.

Your online Sky bill will show as being paid @Matilda @when it is in the process of being taken.
