Account Already Linked

I have been trying for some time to unsuccessfully link my Sky ID and Mobile Account.
I get an error message saying my account is already linked but it's normal, I've never been able to log in and view my account.
When I click on View Bill or any other option it tells me that the page is restricted. I go round and round in circles, it's the most frustrating experience.
Please can someone help me resolve this? Thank you.
