Complaint
How do I raise a complaint to sky, they have screwed my account up and I now cannot order anything online on the app or sky web site

It shows up as we cannot complete this order online, the only thing it lets me do is make some changes to tv package

Rather than use the complaint form which needs to be given 6 weeks for a response you're best off contacting them.

Just pick the option against the order you were going to place.

If I click on what I'm trying to order it says sky protect or smart home customer but I am neither

I don't get what has happened to sky as their customer service is very poor and some of the staff come across as very unhelpful all they want to do is keep transferring you to other people and you still don't get the issue sorted
