Complaint
On the 15/04/2025 @ 13:12 I contacted the Sky complaint dep't and spoke with an opperative called Michael. On the 18/12/2024 I had contacted Sky to find out when my contract for TV, Broadband and Line rental would expire. I was told the 18/01/2025 and at that point I said that I would not be renewing my contract for any of these services. My Broadband service was replaced on the 02/01/2025 by Virgin, All of the SKY equipment was returned by me in the Package supplied by SKY and a recieved accknowlagement email was sent to me. At this point and as far as I knew my broardband and all other services provided by SKY was finished on the 18/01/2025. However It appears that only the TV had been cancelled and further unauthorised by me, ammounts had been taken fron my Bank £43.00 on the 3rd Feb' and a furter £43.00 on the 3rd of March. When I realised what was happening I cancelled my DD and SKY then sent a demand for £46.00 as a unable to collect remindaer Eventually I contacted Sky and sopke with Michael wo raised the complaint ref' number, on 15/04/2025 @ 13:112. Michael then said that he would contact me between 18.00 /19.00 hrs later that day with he hoped further Information which would help resolve this matter. Unfortunately I was unable to recieve this call and since then I have been unable to contact any SKY telephone number. As MY phone has had a restriction placed on it !!!! Please can Michael or any one else from SKY contact me to resolve this situation.
Yours sincerely D E Jackson a very frustrated 80 year old Ex' Sky Customer

Re: Complaint
As this is a customer helps customer support forum we are limited in what we can do. You will need to restore your direct debit otherwise you will be unable to contact Sky again which you will need to do and also they will be unable to refund the overpayment to you so they would have to send out a cheque which can take weeks to be sent.
