Not happy with the service received
I've been waiting for an engineer and he has left a postcard in my door saying I wasn't at home
time on the card and time I saw the card is 4 mins in the future! Not happy at all on top of this you are charging me for the missed visit of £25. This too after mentioning to you week early I've had a baby and want to change my package to something more affordable! Poor service.
