Bt sport package

I cancelled my bt sport package early June , but I'm still receiving it & still paying for it. I just can't seem to be able to get to speak to anyone at all. It's impossible

If you cancelled it via Sky you have to give 31 days notice so are the 31 days up yet ?

In that case you will have to call them again.
