Complaint about agents lying
How do I complain about sky agents repeatedly lying. They promise things that never happen, then refuse to put me through to somebody to resolve my issue. Been told I would receive compensation amount but never received it, promised call back by a manager with date & time agreed, never received call. Spent hours trying to resolve issue to no avail
