Change of details but old ones are lost

I can not remember my log in details . I have moved from my old house I need to cancel my last prescription and get a new one. 
I need a number I can call and speak to a real person who can help me

You will need to call Sky about this as it isn't clear if your want your services to continue at your new address or not, if not you have to give 14 days notice to cancel broadband and talk and 31 days for TV.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
