Compensation

I would like to deduct the compensation amount given to me in this upcoming bill

@Sreeamruth  If the compensation has already been credited to your account it will automatically be used to offset any bills.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Sreeamruth  Which means the credit wasn't applied in time for this month's payment so will be used for future bills

 

the payment for this month was requested before the credit was applied so it cannot be reversed
