How do I view my automatic compensation claim?

There's, nothing to view or claim. It's paid automatically as a credit to your Sky account.

It's applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

@Patrick151  I don't believe there is anything to view as it's all done automatically from when you report the fault 

 

the credit when paid will appear on a future bill
