Compensation refund

I've just requested a refund of my compensation credit. How long will it take to be in my bank? I've still got an open sky account it has not been closed

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Jo19741 if Sky have agreed to refund it to your bank, and you still have a direct  debit in place, it will take around 5 days.
