Restricted access on mysky app.

Hi 

I am going around in circles trying to access my information on mysky app, and online I cannot access paid bills or view manage account. I get constant error messages, or restricted access when I try to view bills etc.

@Cd252 Are you using the Sky ID when logging on?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi thank you for reaching out.

I am using my email and password I have for sky as that is what I was asking for so I take it I should be putting in my sky1D instead? Where it asks for email?

To access the billing you need to be using your primary Sky ID so give this a try:
