@DavidArcher1
The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Decline the offer. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Thanks I'm on the phone now but the guys English is very limited it's an absolute nightmare. Not only have I been without something I've paid for over 3 months but now I'm having to jump through hoops to get what they should automatically pay me. It's a bit of a joke to be honest.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DavidArcher1 no one from sky will be able to help you with this on here for two reasons
one they can only issue a refund once a credit has been applied to your account and two in this particular case automatic compensation is non refundable unless your account has been cancelled otherwise it will be used against future bills only

Hi it's the credit that hasn't been applied I'm not actually after a refund I'm happy with it going on my bill but I was told it would go on automatically after 30 days and it hasn't. Cheers
