New build registration

I have recently moved into a new build property. Openreach have within the last few days installed the connection points, however I require them to return to install the box inside the property. I'm struggling to contact openreach to arrange this. I want to be a sky customer but without signing up for the TV and broadband package, which I can't currently do, I miss out on the package deals. Is there anyway without yet being a SKY customer to get them to escalate openreach returning so I can then get broadband and TV through sky? Thanks

@AlexStevo If you are not currently a Sky customer then they won't help with Openreach, no isp will unless you place an order for broadband.

No: as @daveNOS indicates that's not how the process works.  Inside installation takes place once a broadband order is accepted by an ISP.  There should be no problem with placing an order for both broadband and television with Sky as long as the address is on the BT Wholesale database (which may not have happened yet)

@AlexStevo  In addition to what @TimmyBGood  states about the address being on the openreach database you should also make sure your address is a valid PAF address held by Royal Mail and not a plot address as this would cause issues not just with Openreach but other providers too.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
