Re: Compensation added to account but still being charged full bill
I'd suggest phoning Sky and asking them.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

and next month is £41 and future ones £65.50 again. How is this right and what month will I see the reduction?
Are you sure that next months bill isn't -£41 so it has a minus in front on it because £65 minus your compensation credit is -£41 so if is the case no payment should be taken from you.

Re: Compensation added to account but still being charged full bill
Thank you for your reply. Ah yes it does. So it'll come off of next month's one? So next month will be zero to pay? But then the following month it still says full price due when it should be full price minus the £41?? Why does it not say this and update what is actually due and when? Thought it would have come off this month as it was credited on the 8th and bill isn't due until 21st.

Your bill is created 14 days before payment is due, so the day before the credit was applied on the 8th
The remaining £41 credit will be applied against your next bill.

The bill itself will be £65 but any remaining credit will be used to pay or part pay it.
