Hi my wife clicked on the eubank v smith fight in error but sky booked it straight away cannot cancel and EVERY avenue we have tried we just get a dead end . REALLY PEEEED OFF with this appalling customer service where you can't even email anyone godforbid speak to someone.

Wouldn't mind but I can't stand Eubank jnr so I wouldn't pay 20 quid to watch him .

Anyway rant over if anyone can help please let me know ASAP before the fight starts (not that it would make zny difference) been trying to cancel since 7 30pm.

You will need to call Sky to cancel it I'm afraid although if you don't watch it then you might not be charged.
