Hi, I have recently requested a credit refund but the cheque is being sent to my old address where I had Sky Broadband. Please can you let me know who I contact to let them know the cheque needs to be sent to my new address? Thank you.

If you are still a customer your address would need updating so is the case because we can ask Skys messaging team on here to contact you via a chat bubble about this if you would like ?
