Checkout - Technical Difficulty

Logged in to my account which exists because I used to be a customer a few years ago.

 

Added Sky Stream and packages to my basket and went to checkout.

 

"Technical Difficulty" was the message and I should try later.

 

This has been a week.

I think this is where you are going wrong. If you are no longer a Sky customer and haven't been for a year or more then you have to sign up as a new customer as your old account is closed so you can't order anything via it.

 

If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

 

Then place the order as a new customer.
