I’ve had a number on my bills that I don’t recognise and I have not called this number what do I do?

This number is on my bills and I haven't called this number and I don't recognise this number and I haven't made this call and it's changed me as you can see below, what do I do about this.⬇️⬇️

Area- Service Charge - 45

Type- Service

Duration- 00:11:06

Service charge 45 appears to apply to certain premium rate 0900 numbers. All you can do is call Sky, but it's hard to see how it can be charged unless the number was dialled from your line.
