Charging for 2 months

Last month,I paid my broadband and,now this month is saying owe 2 months instead of 1and it's overdue when not due till 18th, and going to stop my product

Did you make a manual payment last month, rather than waiting for Sky to take pay,emt automatically?

 

If so, I suspect your manual payment has been set against your next bill rather than paying the one due,on 18 July.
