bill

I paid my bill and then they took money from my account again when its not due until 28th

Was your previous bill paid ir if you have a direct debit in place did it fail for some reason because if this is what has happened then Sky will always try again 10 days later.

 

If you have something like a direct debit in place then there should not be any need for you to make a manual payment as you have done.

The 28th July was a Sunday so Sky would have attempted a direct debit payment on the 29th at the earliest. If that was the case, and it failed, Sky would have automatically attempted it again on the 8th which was 10 days later. Any manual payment you've made may have gone towards the payment for 28 August.
