Yes, I gave the required notice and have all the relevant emails etc. regarding this.

All proper procedures were taken, Sky confirmed that they're were no charges as long as equipment was returned.
All equipment was returned yet I'm still being threatened with bailiffs!
Not happy to say the least!! This has serious consequences with credit reports!!!
