Charged twice

Hi On my bill for 1st September I am being charged twice for sky glass. Why is this?

@Fiona291089  Have you looked at the bill as it will show if it's for 2 different billing periods?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Fiona291089   That is not something the community would know. What do your bill show https://www.sky.com/bill? Look for -xx days for period covered.

If you  have  changed  from  sky q to stream then you will  have two bills  to  pay  your last sky q  bill and your  first  sky  stream bill

But as we are  fellow customers on here like yourself and can not see your bill  you  need  to look at this bill on your my sky app  and also your next bill to see what is happening
