Charged for equipment

Sent back equipment by royal mail collection from my house was told that I will get a refund back to bank account 3 working days and still not received

What did Sky say when you queried this with them?

Gave them the tracking number and they said that I will receive my refund within 3 working days back to original payment method

It's usually 3-5 working days.  So if it's been longer you'll need to chase them again...
