Charged for a non returned item

I've have been charged for a non returned item,it had slipped my mind to send it back now I've been charged if I return it today will I receive a refund.

You'll need to ring Sky to discuss.

Once you have returned it then Sky should refund you so it is impirtamtbthst when you do return it that you keep the receipt with the tracking details on it. Nice you have sent it off then you will need to contact Sky about this.
