Email Credit Refund

Hi, I have received an email saying that I have credit on my old account and I should phone to get it sent to me, unfortunately I have moved house since I left Sky and I cannot get the cheque sent to my new address.

Is there anything I can do to receive the credit?

@kevc85 yes, but you'll need to contact Sky customer services to arrange the refund.
