Charged extra

So I switched from NowTv to Sky, paid my first bill to Sky but I've been charged for Sky Sports which was for NowTv.

i rang NowTv in the hope that they could resolve the issue but I was told I had to contact Sky, I tried to get through to Sky but communication has been very poor.

its £28 that I was charged, despite the fact Sky Sports is included in my current contract which was paid for only a few days prior.

Sky will have charged you for Sky Sports if it is part of your package with then so have you checked to see what is part of your Sky package ?
