Charged again.

So I've been with sky a long time and I requested help financially due to being now disabled and no longer able to work.
they since put the prices up again to £17 a month and was taking it out on days it wouldn't of been able to. I told them I can't afford it no more and wanted to send it back. I got charged again. And still no packaging to send it all back. I have 2 sky boxes and a multi room box and remote to go back but yet still no packaging. I've now been charged again £430!! Which I find obsured! Absolutely awful experience. And I won't be paying no more. I've tried speaking to someone; impossible and I've tried calling which just gets put through to an automated service to pay my bill to reinstate. Which I don't want to do.

anyone else able to help please?

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

The outstanding bill seems likely to be for non return fees? Regarding returning equipment …

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging (to the address where the account was active) near the end of any cancellation period (which is 14 days for broadband and 31 days for Sky Q) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back.

If the arrival of packaging is delayed, it’s damaged on arrival or doesn’t arrive it’s the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Hi @Saphy1609   Were you still within your minimum term? As per your terms and conditions you may have been charged an early termination fee of £430? You agreed to this when you took out the contract. Unfortunately your circumstances do not enter into it and it needs to be paid to get Sky off your back. Until it is paid Sky will not talk to you.
